Administrative requirements:

o             Copy of company registration certificate/ documents from CIPC.
o             Certified ID copies of all directors (not older than 3 months).
o             CSD registration summary report (not older than 3 months)
o             Copy/ printed Tax compliance status Pin or certificate.
o             Proof of residence for both company and directors appearing in CK (not older than 3 months) /lease agreements (proof of rental for 1 months)/tribal letters/municipal statement.
o             Joint Venture Agreement signed off by both parties (In case of a Joint Venture).
