The project has a variety of 3 & 4 storey walk-up units that will yield 1098 units. The project has been divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 consist of 618 units and Phase 2 consists of 480 units.  It is a social housing project situated in a restructuring zone and aimed at providing affordable rental units to the middle and lower income bracket ranging from 1500 to 15 000 per month. Rentals are estimated from R950 to R 4,800 per month. The property is located in close proximity to the Wonderpark shopping complex and municipal offices. It is easily accessible for those commuting by public transport and there is an Areyeng route planned for the future passing through Doreen Avenue. It is designed to bring homes closer to the working environment. The project is in collaboration with the City of Tshwane, Housing Company Tshwane and the Social Housing Regulatory Authority.
