HCT Board visit buildings

HCT Board and Executive Management conduct property inspections to drive improvement and renovations.

The Board members and Executive Committee of Housing Company Tshwane have commenced a series of inspections across residential properties owned and managed by the Entity. The purpose of these visits is to assess the current condition of the buildings and identify priority areas for improvement, maintenance, and renovations.

This initiative reflects the Entity’s continued commitment to providing safe, well-maintained, and dignified housing for residents. By conducting on-site assessments, the Board and EXCO aim to gain first-hand insight into the state of the properties and ensure that strategic decisions regarding refurbishment and upgrades are informed by accurate, practical observations.

The inspection programme forms part of HCT’s broader effort to enhance living conditions, extend the lifespan of its housing stock, and uphold the highest standards in property management.

HCT remains dedicated to ensuring that all its properties are maintained to quality standards and that residents benefit from improved, sustainable living environments.
